Atlassian is seeking a passionate Pre-sales Solutions Engineer for our Nordics & BeNeLux Enterprise business. In this role, you will lead technical engagements during complex sales cycles and assist our enterprise customers in overcoming their most significant business challenges.
The Role
You will partner with cross-functional account teams and Atlassian partners to engage in customer discovery, understanding their current state and business problems, and mapping solutions to the Atlassian platforms. You will be a trusted technical advisor, articulating the value of Atlassian software and demonstrating how it can transform their workflows. Your responsibilities will include leading tailored, value-based demonstrations, guiding customers through their technical needs, and forging strong partnerships with sales counterparts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account teams and partners to understand customer needs and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for cross-product expansion.
- Assess client pain points and advocate for solutions.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase value.
- Document feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of Atlassian products and sales processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a pre-sales role with enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages (Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or French) are a plus.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a track record of building executive relationships.
- Ability to solve complex business problems and collaborate with various stakeholders.
