The Role

We are seeking a qualified Process Operator holding a VAPRO B certification to oversee and manage industrial production processes. Candidates with experience in Belgium will be highly regarded for their understanding of European safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production processes and machinery
• Control process parameters to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Identify and resolve process deviations and technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Valid VAPRO B certification (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Process Operator in industrial settings
• Currently residing in the Netherlands (mandatory)
• Knowledge of process technology, safety protocols, and quality control
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Dutch or English

Nice to Have

• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing sectors
• Familiarity with automated control systems (e.g., SCADA/DCS)
• Additional safety certifications (e.g., VCA)
