In this role, you will execute and coordinate logistics warehousing, commodity, MHE tenders, and the contract process while enabling decision-making to achieve an optimal balance between service and pricing. Tender management for our European organization involves RFQs for 16 countries, focusing on warehousing, contracts, and investments varying in value between €50K and €20+ million per tender. Additionally, you will conduct business simulations and benchmarks regarding internal business development to identify required SCM solutions and anticipate market trends and opportunities.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
**Commercial Procurement Management & Sourcing**: Lead and participate in procurement processes, managing RFI and RFQ processes from end to end, ensuring successful execution and implementation.
•
**Cross-departmental alignment**: Act as a procurement partner for other departments (Business Development, Solutions Design, Project Management, Legal, Finance/Cost Control, IT, Contract Management, and HR) to effectively translate business needs into procurement requirements.
•
**Systems, Processes & Compliance**: Ensure data integrity by correctly processing, documenting, and recording all procurement processes within designated systems. Act in accordance with internal compliance guidelines and procurement procedures of Samsung SDS.

**Supplier & Order Management**: Manage the onboarding of new suppliers, perform credit checks where applicable, place purchase orders, and monitor delivery times. Intervene or escalate when necessary to safeguard quality and delivery timelines.
•
**Knowledge Management & Market Research**: Maintain and share expertise by keeping professional knowledge up to date and sharing insights on market and product developments, price indexations, and stakeholder requirements.
