In this role, you will lead the Product Analytics efforts for one or more of our innovative, world-leading products. You will be part of a dynamic analytics team of over 30 analysts based in Amsterdam and London, collaborating with product teams and stakeholders across the US, UK, and the Netherlands.

The Role

You will analyze user behavior and product performance, working closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities that maximize customer and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Understand user behavior by utilizing behavioral and transactional data to assess user journeys, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, and satisfaction. Employ techniques such as funnel analysis, cohort analysis, user segmentation, and feature adoption to derive actionable insights.
• Define product success by partnering with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product goals (OKRs) and success metrics.
• Evaluate product changes by designing measurement approaches for new features, launches, and iterations, including A/B testing and experimentation, to assess their impact on customer and business outcomes.
• Use AI-assisted practices to enhance analytical workflows with tools like SQL and Python, and apply agentic working methods to clarify complex questions for AI assistants while ensuring results are accurate.
• Communicate insights effectively through data storytelling, concise analysis, presentations, and dashboards, facilitating data-informed decision-making among product squads and senior leadership.
• Improve measurement quality by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure proper data capture and defining tracking requirements for reliable future product decisions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Product Analytics, Digital Analytics, or a closely related analytical role, influencing product decisions or customer experience improvements.
• Advanced skills in SQL and Python/R for deep analysis, statistical work, and visualization.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools, particularly Adobe Analytics, and experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude Code.
• Ability to effectively influence stakeholders, advocate for a data-driven culture, and constructively challenge assumptions to prioritize product roadmaps.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation skills, comfortable working in cross-functional and culturally diverse teams.
• A growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning, curiosity about users and products, and a positive attitude towards ambiguity.
