Lead the Advanced Visualization and Insights product portfolio within Imaging Informatics, shaping value propositions, business models, and go-to-market strategies for integrated healthcare informatics solutions. You will drive the portfolio strategy, ensuring user-centered design principles are embedded across the portfolio and translated into intuitive, impactful user experiences.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Driving the Advanced Visualization & Insights portfolio strategy, value propositions, commercial requirements, offer design, pricing, lifecycle management, and roadmap execution to meet global and local market needs.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a globally distributed team of product managers, while driving product management excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Building deep customer, market, and commercial insight by collaborating with various stakeholders including customers, industry partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Defining, developing, and governing product content across releases, ensuring consistency and accuracy of product messaging and documentation.
• Co-owning and shaping the integrated Advanced Visualization and AI strategy in collaboration with the AI Product Management Lead.
• Acting as a thought leader and industry spokesperson for Advanced Visualization at relevant events.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of product management experience in large, complex organizations, with senior-level customer-facing experience.
• Required experience in the healthcare industry.
• Deep familiarity with the full Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM).
• Proven ability to drive innovation and influence across a global matrix organization.
• Results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and comfort in a changing environment.
