The Role

We are developing two AI-native products for Finance: Natural Intelligence, a natural language interface for financial data, and Autonomous Finance, which automates finance workflows. As a Product Manager, your initial focus will be on Natural Intelligence, where you will oversee the entire experience of AI interactions with enterprise finance data. Your goal is to eliminate the distance between questions and answers, translating complex finance issues into actionable specifications for engineering and AI systems. You will define how the system interprets financial inquiries, governs data access, and presents answers to diverse user personas.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Natural Intelligence and Autonomous Finance, ensuring alignment with Finance leadership and Booking Holdings' AI strategy.
• Define product success metrics focused on operational outcomes and be accountable for these results.
• Engage with finance subject matter experts to understand processes, data, and edge cases before development begins.
• Design individual AI agents and natural language querying capabilities while identifying reusable platform infrastructure.
• Create detailed specifications for AI agents and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine specifications and ensure the solution meets requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance and Central Tech to prioritize needs and manage expectations.
• Translate complex finance challenges into clear product requirements, enhancing productivity through AI and automation.
• Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with other product teams to align on infrastructure and execution priorities.
• Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and optimize user adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience in launching AI-native products in production environments.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management across various levels.
• Experience with specification-driven product development.
• Solid technical understanding of AI/ML systems and enterprise data platforms.
• Background in finance or fintech, with knowledge of ERP systems and compliance requirements.
• Experience in designing platform and governance layers.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and comfort in ambiguous environments.
