We are seeking a Product Manager for a prominent telecom organization. This role goes beyond just writing tickets and managing roadmaps; we need someone who truly understands product functionality and ensures successful delivery.
The Role
You will operate at the intersection of Commercial, Product, and Technology, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. Your responsibility is to connect business needs with technical execution, transforming ideas from 'can we do this?' to 'it’s live.'
In the upcoming months, you will tackle several new commercial and customer-focused propositions, enhancing how customers utilize and pay for services, as well as improving existing telecom products and customer interactions. Your work will directly influence customer experiences with telecom services.
You will collaborate closely with development teams in the UK, Group Technology, and commercial stakeholders. A solid understanding of APIs, integrations, BSS/OCS, billing flows, and system dependencies is essential, though you do not need to be a developer yourself.
