We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the creation and optimization of our global cross-functional GTM Pods strategy. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving our commercial growth and establishing our product-led brand. You will collaborate closely with product leadership and lead a team of marketing experts.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Become an expert in understanding our buying audience, including customers and personas.
• Develop market expertise regarding competitor strengths and weaknesses, target audience pain points, and the tech ecosystem.
• Provide clarity to Sales and Marketing teams on the value of Payhawk for our buying audience.
• Oversee the creation of impactful product positioning, value propositions, and messaging, ensuring consistent rollout and iteration.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to produce effective campaigns and content for the entire customer lifecycle.
• Partner with Product to define product strategy and roadmap based on market and sales insights.
• Assist in product Design Sprints to research and plan go-to-market propositions for new features.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of competitive enablement for Sales and Product teams.
• Oversee goals, strategy, and execution for new product and feature launches.
• Facilitate communication between Product and Commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Track, measure, and iterate on win rate, deal velocity, pipeline, adoption, and expansion.

Vereisten

• 2+ years of B2B product marketing or equivalent experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or a high-growth startup.
• Exceptional communication skills with expertise in writing, storytelling, and live enablement.
• Proven ability to utilize advanced AI tools for content generation, messaging optimization, and market intelligence analysis.
• Analytical, data-driven, and customer-focused decision-maker.
• Humble yet ambitious, eager to make a significant impact.
