The Role

As a Production Supervisor in a dynamic manufacturing environment, you will play a crucial role in optimizing daily operations while minimizing costs. Your primary goal will be to ensure that production processes yield high-quality products efficiently. You will oversee production activities, monitor employee performance, and organize workflows to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow by assigning tasks and preparing schedules.
• Manage scheduling control and material quality.
• Supervise and coach employees on the assembly line.
• Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
• Enforce safety guidelines and company standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the electronics or computer industry.
• Strong understanding of computer system assembly.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Familiarity with testing and inspection of computer or electronic components.
• Experience in mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
