The Role

We are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor with a background in manufacturing, especially in the electronics or high-tech industry. This position is focused on optimizing production processes, resolving equipment issues, and promoting operational excellence through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly, testing, material/quality control, kitting, and packing/unpacking.
• Manage overall production operations, including material logistics, production planning, and manpower controls.
• Ensure a highly efficient production process and maintain quality standards.
• Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Develop production objectives for OEM customers and handle other production line tasks.

Requirements

• High School diploma; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the electronics/high-tech or computer industry.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Availability to work the swing shift from 14:30 to 22:30.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Solid understanding of computer system assembly is a plus.
• Knowledge of lean management is a plus.
