This position is based in Brussels, Belgium, with relocation support available. A multinational defence organisation is undertaking the modernisation of its nuclear consultation, command, and control capabilities, representing the largest programme in its common-funded portfolio. The role is essential for maintaining orchestration among host nations and various implementing entities, with a strong emphasis on security throughout all operations.

You will collaborate with headquarters staff, agencies, stakeholders, and end users to develop and monitor security plans across project groups. Ensuring understanding and compliance with these plans is crucial for all involved parties. The role requires frequent travel to host nation sites for coordination of communications and infrastructure progress, conducting site surveys, and providing technical advice, with over eighty travel days expected annually. You will also support the programme director in stakeholder engagement and communication at political, operational, and tactical levels, while helping to identify requirements, policy developments, and engineering publication reviews relevant to the programme.
