This position is located in Brussels, Belgium, with relocation support available. A multinational defence organization is undertaking the largest programme in its common-funded portfolio to modernise its nuclear consultation, command, and control capabilities. This role is crucial for maintaining orchestration across host nations and implementing entities while ensuring robust security measures are in place.

You will collaborate with headquarters staff, agencies, stakeholders, and end users to develop and monitor the implementation of security plans throughout the project groups. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with these plans, frequent travel to host nation sites for coordination, conducting site surveys, and providing technical advice. You will support the programme director with stakeholder engagement and communication at various levels and assist in identifying requirements and policy developments relevant to the programme. Additionally, you will work across the organisation to ensure alignment with alliance practices, review and update security policies, manage classified material, and deliver presentations and training on security procedures.
