The Role

We are seeking a senior, highly adaptable Programme Director to oversee delivery for Logitech, a key global client. This role involves leading a global team of senior project managers across various workstreams and business groups, ensuring cohesive operation and communication. The Programme Director will be pivotal in connecting media initiatives with a wide range of disciplines, guaranteeing seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and orchestrate the fully integrated programme, aligning Creative, Media, AEO, Strategy, and Analytics teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated timing plans, roadmaps, governance models, and delivery frameworks.
• Act as the central point of escalation for DEPT® Project Managers and client stakeholders.
• Provide senior-level programme leadership, ensuring consistency and quality across outputs and strategic decisions.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams to meet broader programme goals.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple specialist teams.
• Partner with Delivery Leads, Strategy, and Media leads to clarify scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain strong client/agency relationships, ensuring confidence in programme direction and governance.
• Monitor programme health, risks, resource planning, and operational efficiency.
• Support commercial management with local and central Delivery teams.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a senior delivery/programme role within a digital/creative/marketing agency.
• Experience working across multiple disciplines, ideally in Creative, Media, and Web/Tech.
• Strong understanding of how strategy, creative, media, tech, AEO, and analytics integrate.
• Proven ability to create and maintain complex multi-workstream timing plans and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior clients and internal leaders.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and provide clear direction.
• Highly organized and calm under pressure, with experience managing senior cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify risks early.
