The Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee automation projects involving AGVs, conveyors, workstations, and storage systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the project team and overseeing project items for automation initiatives.
• Developing and managing multiple project schedules while monitoring daily progress.
• Serving as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifying and managing project scope, time, risk, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Regularly updating executive management and project team members on status, resource utilization, and timelines.
• Monitoring the financial performance of projects.
• Aligning cross-functional teams to resolve conflicting priorities and achieve project goals.
• Proactively removing obstacles to maintain momentum and drive results.
• Ensuring project milestones and technical deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience, particularly in engineering projects.
• Experience in project management, product development lifecycle, or process management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings with various stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing automation projects involving automated guided vehicles, automated storage and retrieval systems, conveyor systems, or warehouse management software.

You must be based in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the UK, or Poland and have the right to work in these locations. This role requires travel across EMEA, approximately 50-70% of the time.
