In this role, you will apply your skills to ensure the quality of AI systems through meticulous testing and documentation.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed test plans and documentation that align with project requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing functional, regression, user acceptance, exploratory, and cross-browser testing for web and mobile applications, including the LINE app. You will also conduct thorough API testing and collaborate with developers to validate integrations. Additionally, you will identify, log, and track defects using industry-standard tools, ensuring clear and actionable bug reports. Active participation in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and ensuring quality deliverables throughout the SDLC and STLC will also be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are understood and met, advocating for quality assurance best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases and documentation.
• Strong experience in regression, functional, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
• Demonstrated ability in bug reporting and defect tracking.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with API and mobile app testing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing messaging platforms, ideally the LINE app.
• Background in collaborating within Agile, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry-leading test management and defect tracking tools.
