In this role, you will apply your skills to enhance AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input. Your contributions will be vital in shaping how models learn and reason.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation aligned with project requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, user acceptance, exploratory, and cross-browser testing for web and mobile applications, including the LINE app.
• Conduct thorough API testing and collaborate with developers to validate integrations.
• Identify, log, and track defects using industry-standard defect tracking tools, ensuring clear and actionable bug reports.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure quality deliverables throughout the SDLC and STLC.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and met, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Champion quality assurance best practices to drive continuous improvement across testing processes within the customer's team.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, test plans, and documentation.
• Strong experience in regression, functional, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
• Demonstrated ability in bug reporting, defect tracking, and cross-browser testing.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and mobile app testing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing messaging platforms, ideally the LINE app.
• Background in collaborating within Agile, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry-leading test management and defect tracking tools.
