The Role
In this role, you will be the Guardian of Quality, inspecting aerospace components, assemblies, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications. You will identify defects, troubleshoot root causes, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues before they escalate. Additionally, you will contribute to improving inspection processes and document inspection results to maintain accountability.
Responsibilities
- Inspect aerospace components, assemblies, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify defects and troubleshoot root causes in collaboration with production and engineering teams.
- Enhance inspection processes for improved efficiency without compromising quality.
- Document inspection results and generate reports to demonstrate quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods.
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to spot imperfections.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures.
- Proficiency in English as the working language.
Nice to Have
- Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Basic understanding of composite materials or advanced alloys.
