The Role

As a Quality Inspector, you will be the guardian of quality, inspecting aerospace components, assemblies, and processes to ensure they meet specifications without compromise. You will identify defects, troubleshoot root causes, and collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issues before they impact performance. Your role will also involve improving inspection processes, documenting results, and generating reports to demonstrate our commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aerospace components, assemblies, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify defects and troubleshoot root causes, collaborating with production and engineering teams.
• Improve inspection processes to maintain high-quality standards efficiently.
• Document inspection results and generate reports to validate quality assurance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify imperfections.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures.
• Proficiency in English as it is our working language.

Nice to Have

• Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Basic understanding of composite materials or advanced alloys.
