The Role

As a Quality & Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping our quality and safety management system current, improving it, and elevating it to the next level. You'll ensure our company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and certification standards. Additionally, you'll serve as a key advisor for management and colleagues on quality, safety, and compliance issues across our branches in North Brabant (Gilze and Oosterhout).

Responsibilities

•

Manage and continuously enhance the quality and safety management system.

•

Prepare, coordinate, and guide internal and external audits.

•

Maintain and obtain certifications such as ISO, TAPA, FSSC 22000, SQAS, and Ecovadis.

•

Conduct internal audits, safety inspections, and risk inventories (RI&E).

•

Analyze incidents, near-misses, and KPIs, and initiate improvement measures.

•

Develop and implement procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.

•

Advise management on risks, compliance, and process improvements.

•

Provide training and increase safety and quality awareness within the organization.

•

Prepare reports for management, directors, and clients.
