As a Quantitative Trader, you will manage your own trading strategies in fast-paced live markets. Your responsibilities include tuning model parameters to align with market conditions, executing trades based on model insights, and continuously integrating real-time market feedback into your models. From day one, you will gain unparalleled experience both on the trading desk and through training.
New hires will collaborate closely with senior traders to analyze risks and rewards, explore innovative strategies, and work alongside quants and software developers to enhance trading models. You will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to develop and implement ideas into our trading systems.
