At Gravity Team, a quantitative proprietary trading firm, we aim to balance supply and demand across global crypto markets. We are seeking a high-performance eFX Quantitative Trader with extensive Forex or HFT experience, ready to take ownership of their vertical and drive immediate PnL impact.

You will develop and refine high-frequency trading strategies focusing on Forex and Crypto/OTC. Your responsibilities include building and optimizing predictive models and signals for execution, hedging, and post-trade analysis, as well as executing and managing spot arbitrage trades through to deliverable settlement. You will coordinate inventory availability, internal transfers, withdrawals/deposits, and post-trade reconciliation to ensure smooth settlement and minimize fails. Additionally, you will own the forex trading pipeline, from rate tracking and market-making logic to monitoring and deployment. Collaboration on improving fiat hedging, exotic currency flows, and OTC settlement logic will also be part of your role, along with analyzing market microstructure and execution performance to enhance Sharpe ratios and reduce slippage. You will contribute to evolving our asset allocation logic, actively managing assets across 30+ exchanges daily.
