Neat is seeking a Regional Director, Customer Success - International to lead and scale a team of Customer Success Managers. This role offers the opportunity to design a Customer Success playbook for our highest-value Enterprise customers while driving team growth and strategic initiatives.

The Role

You will report to the VP of Customer Experience and be responsible for building and scaling a team of Customer Success Managers. Your immediate goal will be to double the team size within six months while ensuring high performance and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Scaling: Recruit, onboard, and mentor new CSMs, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
• Coaching: Set standards for enterprise customer success management and guide CSMs through complex user dynamics.
• Drive Health & Utilization: Oversee customer health and product utilization for our largest global enterprise accounts.
• Maximize Lifetime Value: Identify expansion opportunities and prepare customers for hardware refresh cycles.
• Partner Collaboration: Work with reseller partners during customer implementation projects to ensure timely value delivery.
• Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Sales and Support to align customer health data with commercial strategies.
• Customer Sentiment Feedback Loop: Manage feedback for CS-managed Americas Enterprise customers, relaying insights to product and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Required Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience managing Enterprise Customer Success teams, with over 7 years in the tech/SaaS ecosystem.
  • Proven experience scaling teams during rapid growth phases.
  • Strong background in managing high-touch relationships with Enterprise clients.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Support, and Product teams.
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks, including CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk).
• Preferred (But Not Required):
  • Experience in the collaboration, audiovisual, or hardware/IoT sectors is a plus.
