The Role

The Relationship Manager I is a strategic, client-facing position responsible for ensuring service excellence. This role collaborates closely with Wealth Advisors to uphold service commitments and enhance client experiences, playing a crucial part in practice management and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of the firm’s service model, ensuring alignment with client experience standards.
• Manage service workflows and client interactions for timely and accurate delivery.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service.
• Lead follow-up initiatives post-client meetings to ensure action items are completed.
• Partner with Wealth Advisors on client segmentation and service planning.
• Track client satisfaction metrics and service delivery KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for deepening client relationships and support business development efforts.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of wealth management processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships effectively.
• Leadership experience in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and workflow management tools.

What We Offer

• Base salary range of $80,750 to $95,000 USD.
