Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience with system analysis, including hardware and software evaluation and optimization. • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues in a timely manner. • Knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations. • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools to streamline system management tasks. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical problems.
