The Role
As a Remote Support Specialist 3 - MRI, you will provide remote technical support to customers and Customer Service Engineers servicing Siemens MR equipment. You will be responsible for dispatch notifications, troubleshooting technical issues using remote diagnostics, and following escalation processes to drive solutions. Occasional travel may be required for on-site repairs in Canada and Latin America.
