You will assess merchant and partner risks across various businesses, from startups to large enterprises, ensuring compliance in payment ecosystems. Strong analytical skills are essential for identifying regulatory and operational risks while supporting scalable decision-making frameworks. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external financial partners to enhance risk controls and improve operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include analyzing trends, strengthening detection systems, and continuously refining due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate merchants and partners based on diverse risk profiles to assess their suitability for payment processing systems.
• Utilize sound judgment to navigate complex risk decisions, balancing compliance, business needs, and customer impact.
• Monitor and analyze risk trends, providing insights to enhance detection systems and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve risk operations workflows and due diligence processes.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, operations, or a similar analytical role in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven track record of enhancing and scaling operational processes with measurable outcomes.
