The Role
You will execute physical actions on camera for robotics evaluation, carefully adhering to detailed task instructions. Your responsibilities include reviewing system responses, providing structured feedback, and documenting observations in an organized manner. You will also collaborate asynchronously with the customer’s team to refine evaluation protocols and maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Follow detailed task instructions to perform physical actions on camera for evaluations.
- Analyze system responses to ensure accurate performance assessments.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback on robotic evaluations.
- Document observations and potential edge cases consistently.
- Collaborate with the customer’s team to improve evaluation protocols.
- Uphold data integrity and confidentiality throughout the evaluation process.
- Contribute to the enhancement of robotics evaluation pipelines based on findings.
Requirements
- Proven experience with robotics pipelines or related hands-on projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to notice subtle differences.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English; native or near-native preferred.
- Ability to follow complex instructions precisely and reliably.
- Generalist mindset, comfortable with various simple physical tasks on camera.
- Proficiency in documenting and reporting structured feedback.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable environment for remote tasks.
Nice to Have
- Experience with paused or historical robotics evaluation pipelines.
- Background in robotics engineering, human-computer interaction, or automation testing.
- Familiarity with providing evaluative feedback or participating in user testing cycles.
