The Role

As Sales Lead, you will oversee Anago’s commercial growth in various sectors across the Netherlands and the UK, managing a team of two and reporting directly to the CEO. Your focus will be on expanding our strong position in education while pursuing business development in government and public health sectors. You will work closely with the local team in the UK to strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities, combining strategic insight with hands-on execution. You will set the commercial direction, lead the sales team, close deals, and collaborate with marketing and product development to translate market insights into product improvements. Your day-to-day work will involve leveraging AI tools for prospecting, pipeline analysis, and sales forecasting.
