Our Sales Manager for Attribute, EMEA, will spearhead a team of Account Executives across EMEA, focusing on direct sales for the Attribute product. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, or Estonia.

The Role

As the Sales Manager for Attribute, you will lead and expand the North America enterprise sales business for the Attribute product. You will manage a team of approximately 4-6 Enterprise Account Executives while overseeing regional revenue, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. This role demands business leadership, driving predictable growth, acquiring new logos, and building a high-performance team targeting cloud-native and Kubernetes-focused organizations.
