Sales Manager | Lead & Scale an EMEA Sales Team
For one of the fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups in Amsterdam, we’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of 5–7 Account Executives across EMEA. This isn’t a role where you manage the team from a spreadsheet. You’ll be close to the deals, coach AEs through complex sales cycles and help build the commercial motion as the company continues to scale internationally.

Lead, coach and develop a team of 5–7 Account Executives
•
Get hands-on in deals: discovery, qualification, deal strategy, negotiation and closing
•
Run pipeline reviews, forecasting and regular 1:1 coaching
•
Build and improve sales playbooks, processes and training
•
Drive consistent new-business performance across the team
•
Hire, onboard and ramp new AEs as the team grows
•
Develop the team through structured coaching and enablement
•
Work closely with senior leadership on the wider EMEA GTM strategy
•
Help build a scalable sales motion as the company continues its international growth
