De Rol

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will support the systems and processes that drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with our Sales team to streamline workflows, enhance Salesforce functionality, and transform data into actionable insights.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Assist the Sales team with Salesforce, including troubleshooting, updates, and daily operations.
• Build and update dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and KPIs.
• Review workflows and processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvements.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team on data checks, audits, and reporting to enhance accuracy and forecasting.
• Document processes and create guides for sales team adoption.
• Gain hands-on experience with CRM best practices and the commercial tech stack.

Vereisten

• Interest in Sales Operations, CRM systems, and automation platforms (Salesforce, N8N experience is a plus).
• Background in Business, Data, or Technical studies (or equivalent practical interest/experience).
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, Excel/Sheets, and numbers.
• Curiosity about sales team operations and effective operational processes.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with various teams.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
