We are looking for temporary extra staff to support our Sales Support team. As a Sales Support Officer, you will play a key role in assisting our Account and Sales Managers by ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes for a diverse portfolio of customers. You will be the vital link between our clients, sales teams, and internal departments, helping to resolve operational challenges and elevate customer satisfaction.
The Role

Provide proactive administrative and sales support to Account and Sales Managers.
•
Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and daily support.
•
Manage and follow up on quotation requests and workflows.
•
Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute insights.
•
Utilize CRM and pricing systems daily.
•
Collaborate on dispute resolution and root cause analysis.
•
Ensure accurate filing of quotations, including FMC filings.
•
Share customer feedback with local trade managers.
•
Develop and present business cases to Head Office line managers.
•
Promote CMA CGM’s full suite of services including e-Commerce, CMACGM+, Intermodal, and CEVA cross-selling.
