I'm currently supporting a global HR and payroll technology organization in their search for experienced SAP HCM Consultants with expertise across various EMEA payroll markets. We're looking to connect with SAP HCM Payroll specialists who have in-depth knowledge of payroll processes, legislation, and compliance requirements in one or more EMEA countries. Whether your expertise lies in the Nordics, DACH, Benelux, France, Iberia, Italy, Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, or wider EMEA regions, I'd be keen to hear from you. The Role

Key Responsibilities include leading the design and configuration of SAP HCM Payroll solutions, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional and technical solutions. You will configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll processes, support payroll testing, validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution, and ensure compliance with country-specific payroll legislation and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with integration teams across Time Management (TM), Finance (FI), and other connected systems is essential. You will participate in all project phases including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support while driving continuous improvement across payroll processes and system functionality.

Requirements

• Significant experience working with SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring payroll schemas and PCRs.
• Deep understanding of payroll legislation, compliance, and payroll processes within one or more EMEA countries.
• Experience supporting SAP HCM Payroll implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of payroll integrations, including Time Management (TM) and Finance (FI).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global project teams.
• Fluent English communication skills.
