Als adviseur leren en ontwikkelen speel jij hierin een verbindende rol. Je werkt nauw samen met onderwijsinstellingen, teamleiders, praktijkopleiders en werkbegeleiders en stimuleert onderwijsvernieuwing en veranderprocessen. Daarbij staat de werkplek als leeromgeving centraal, zodat medewerkers snel en kwalitatief goed zijn toegerust voor de zorg van vandaag én morgen.
