Wat kun je verwachten? Als Senior Business Analyst werk je binnen het COA aan het project Bewonersprocessen digitaliseren. Je haalt behoeften uit de organisatie op en vertaalt deze naar concrete processen, requirements en specificaties, waarbij je de samenhang bewaakt tussen de klantreis, bedrijfsprocessen, IT en data.
Over het COA
Het Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers werkt binnen het project Bewonersprocessen digitaliseren aan de verdere digitalisering van processen rondom bewoners. Een belangrijk onderdeel is de landelijke bewonerskaart, die wordt ingezet voor identiteitsvalidatie en toegang tot diensten. Je werkt vanuit het hoofdkantoor aan de Rijnstraat in Den Haag binnen een kernteam met onder andere een projectleider, projectsecretaris/scrummaster, domeinspecialist en service designer. Daarnaast wordt samengewerkt met verschillende onderdelen van het COA en met de uitvoering.
