The Role

We are seeking Clinical Research Associates to join our clinical team in The Netherlands. Positions can be office-based in Ede, hybrid, or fully remote anywhere in NL. We are looking for candidates with independent monitoring experience. As part of our global team, you will perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring and site management process. You will conduct remote or on-site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance and manage required documentation.

Responsibilities

•

Monitor investigator sites using a risk-based monitoring approach, applying root cause analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance.

•

Ensure data accuracy through SDR, SDV, and CRF review during on-site and remote monitoring activities.

•

Document observations in reports and letters in a timely manner using approved business writing standards.

•

Maintain regular contact with investigative sites to confirm protocol adherence and resolve identified issues.

•

Participate in investigator meetings and assist in identifying potential investigators.

•

Ensure essential documents are complete and compliant with ICH-GCP and applicable regulations.

•

Facilitate effective communication between investigative sites, the client company, and the project team.

•

Complete administrative tasks such as expense reports and timesheets promptly.
