Renor is dedicated to helping real estate organizations enhance their portfolio management. We combine strategic consulting with our proprietary software, the Routekaartmanager (RKM), enabling organizations to effectively manage investments, sustainability efforts, and real estate performance. Our clients include municipalities, educational institutions, and commercial real estate organizations with portfolios ranging from dozens to hundreds of buildings. The challenges we address are directly linked to significant investment decisions, requiring a blend of content, structure, and substantiation. While traditional consulting models often stop at planning, we ensure organizations can actively steer and substantiate their choices—backed by data and software.

Our team consists of consultants, technical advisors, and developers who collaborate intensively. The Role

As a consultant, you will work directly with clients to improve their real estate management. You will be responsible for managing multiple client projects simultaneously and guiding organizations in making strategic decisions regarding their real estate portfolios. You will not only provide substantive advice but also present plans and scenarios to executives, management, and governance stakeholders (such as municipal councils).

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate and sustainability strategies for existing properties.
• Collaborate with technical advisors to translate analyses and scenarios into concrete decisions.
• Develop portfolio strategies and execution plans, presenting these to stakeholders.
• Guide clients in implementing and utilizing our software.
• Manage multiple client projects (public and commercial) and coordinate them, ensuring structure and progress towards the client.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a consulting role within real estate management, construction, or sustainability.
• Experience with strategic or tactical issues at the portfolio level.
• Knowledge of sustainability, circularity, and real estate processes.
• Comfort in discussions with various stakeholders within organizations.
• Ability to quickly comprehend and structure complex issues.

Additionally:

• You are analytically strong but also pragmatic in your approach.
• You take ownership of projects and actively collaborate with internal colleagues, such as technical advisors and junior consultants.
• You find it interesting to connect content, clients, and products.
