We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding European startup that is creating the world's largest marketplace for refurbished e-bikes. After successfully refurbishing over 100,000 e-bikes in just a few years, the company is looking for a Senior E-Bike Mechanic to join its refurbishment center in Amsterdam. In this position, you will work exclusively with e-bikes in a modern workshop, restoring various models to excellent condition while maintaining high quality standards.

You will manage the complete refurbishment and repair cycle of e-bikes, from initial inspections and diagnosing faults to selecting spare parts and executing repairs. As a technical authority, you will determine the necessary scope of repairs based on your expertise and quality requirements. You will conduct thorough quality controls to ensure that all refurbished e-bikes meet high standards before delivery. Additionally, you will contribute your advanced technical knowledge of e-bike hardware and software systems, support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize repair processes, and collaborate closely with the workshop team to enhance workflows and efficiency.
