Provide immediate engineering support to plant equipment as a group leader.

•

Reduce repetitive breakdowns in plant equipment.

•

Develop skills and efficiency in yourself and your team.

•

Allocate workmen for various maintenance tasks on a shift-to-shift basis, ensuring proper handover.

•

Prevent machine stoppages due to manpower shortages or breakdowns.

•

Participate in the qualification and requalification of machinery and equipment, supporting calibration activities.

•

Conduct QMS activities, utilizing ENSUR, Trackwise, and SAP PM Module.

•

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as well as general and scheduled maintenance according to SOPs.

•

Adhere to regulations from agencies such as USFDA, EU, TGA, MHRA, ANVISA, WHO, and Schedule M.

•

Maintain cGMP practices and documentation in various records.

•

Provide on-the-job and classroom training for engineering SOPs.

•

Conduct induction activities for new employees.

•

Monitor unauthorized movements of workmen and ensure discipline.

•

Assume responsibilities of the immediate supervisor in their absence.

•

Create purchase requisitions in SAP (if user ID is available).

•

Actively participate in DMS, OE, and EHS activities.

•

Stay informed of operational standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & 13485).

•

Execute CAPA, project, and area renovation works while aiding qualification activities.

•

Identify opportunities for energy conservation and implement efficient energy utilization measures.

•

Keep the Engineering Manager informed of all plant maintenance activities.

•

Coordinate and support plant maintenance shift executives/managers for engineering service requirements.
