We are looking for a senior full-stack engineer with real poker experience — someone who understands poker products, poker logic, or poker-related tooling, and can build features end-to-end across the stack. This is not a ticket-taking role. We need someone who treats the product as their own: someone who can identify problems, form a point of view, make technical and product decisions, and ship solutions that real users will feel. The right person thinks like a founder. They are comfortable with ambiguity, move with urgency, and take accountability for outcomes. You should be able to work independently, define what matters most, and raise the bar for the team around you. We also build with AI in the loop. Agentic coding tools are core to how we work, and we expect you to use them effectively to move faster, explore better solutions, and ship at higher velocity.

De Rol

Own front-end and back-end features end-to-end using TypeScript, Node.js, React/Vue, Postgres, and Drizzle. Build poker-related product features, tools, and platform logic. Design and implement poker domain logic, such as hand evaluation, game rules, statistics, player data, or GTO-adjacent tooling. Architect and integrate APIs and internal services that scale. Shape product direction together with Growth, Product, AI, and Research teams. Bring ideas and product judgment, not just implementation. Make independent technical decisions and drive them to production. Use agentic coding tools to design, build, test, and ship at high velocity. Identify what matters most, prioritize accordingly, and define the work rather than only receiving it.

Must-Have

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Real poker experience, such as working on poker platforms, poker tools, poker game logic, poker analytics, hand evaluation, rules engines, GTO-related tooling, or similar poker-related products.
• Deep TypeScript and Node.js expertise.
• Strong command of modern front-end frameworks, especially React or Vue.
• Experience owning features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to production delivery.
• Strong product sense and the ability to weigh trade-offs when deciding what is worth building.
