Unframe is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter for a 12-month maternity cover contract to support our growth in EMEA and the US. This role is crucial for attracting and hiring exceptional GTM talent while providing a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The Role

As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment process for GTM roles across EMEA and the US, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for GTM roles in EMEA and the US.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to engage high-quality passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring plans.
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to the offer stage.
• Represent Unframe positively, effectively communicating our mission, culture, and opportunities to candidates.
• Maintain structure and organization in the hiring process within a fast-paced scaling environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience in GTM recruitment and proven sales hiring expertise.
• Experience recruiting in both EMEA and the US markets.
• Excellent sourcing abilities with a track record of engaging and converting passive talent.
• Strong skills in managing hiring managers, building trust, and collaborating effectively.
• Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple roles in a dynamic environment.
• A hands-on recruiter ready to contribute from day one in a fast-growing AI company.
