In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and scaling a robust compliance and information security function. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic ownership, hands-on implementation, and collaboration across teams to enhance security frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Be responsible for the compliance roadmap across various information security and regulatory frameworks, aligning with business and customer needs.
• Lead the implementation and management of information security and compliance programs, including certification and audit readiness.
• Conduct and oversee internal audits, ensuring adherence to standards and regulatory expectations.
• Mentor junior compliance and security team members, sharing expertise and promoting best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customer-facing teams on security, compliance, and governance topics.
• Develop and improve compliance content, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate compliance requirements into platform enhancements.
• Analyze auditor feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance compliance outcomes.
• Build relationships with certification bodies and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Vereisten

• Professionele vloeiendheid in het Duits (C1/C2-niveau) en Engels is vereist.
• Minimaal 5 jaar hands-on ervaring in informatiebeveiliging, governance, risico en compliance (GRC), bij voorkeur in B2B SaaS-omgevingen.
• Aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden van succesvolle ISO 27001-certificeringsprojecten als implementator, auditor of compliance specialist.
• Sterke kennis van informatiebeveiligingskaders, risicobeheer en regelgeving.
• Ervaring met GRC-platforms en compliance managementtools.
• Begrip van cloudomgevingen zoals AWS, Azure en Google Cloud Platform.
• Uitstekende projectmanagementvaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere prioriteiten te beheren.
• Sterke schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden met ervaring in het creëren van duidelijke compliance-documentatie.
• Aantoonbare ervaring in het begeleiden van collega's en bijdragen aan teamontwikkeling.
• Ervaring met implementatie van aanvullende kaders zoals SOC 2, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27017/27018 is een plus.
• Voorkeurservaring in startup- of snelgroeiende omgevingen.
