The Role
You will be responsible for:

- Optimizing AI agent performance through experimentation and architecture improvements.
- Developing foundational ML infrastructure to support rapid growth.
- Mentoring junior ML engineers and providing guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and scaling ML systems in production.
- Strong background in classical and deep learning, with specialization in LLMs and transformers.
- Proven ability to integrate ML systems into real products.
- Experience in startups and/or scale-ups.
- Strong Python skills and adaptability across various frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain).
- Ability to operate autonomously while aligned with leadership.
- Experience in translating technical capabilities into business value.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI agents, LLMs, or generative AI applications.
- Domain knowledge in cybersecurity or related fields.
- Background in ML-first companies.
- Experience with modern MLOps and cloud ML infrastructure.
