In this role, you will manage the team's operating model, oversee the legislative pipeline, and ensure proactive alignment with regulatory changes. You will serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership, translating complex compliance challenges into actionable recommendations.

• Develop and implement strategies that align compliance goals with business priorities.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Regulatory Ops and Program Managers.
• Advocate for the Regulatory Operations team and drive alignment on legislative initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and compliance outcomes.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of regulatory initiatives.
• Continuously improve operational frameworks and workflows to enhance team impact.

Vereisten

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Public Policy, Law, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or regulatory/compliance roles.
• 2+ years of experience in managing and developing direct reports.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong process development and operational excellence skills.
• Exceptional communication skills for distilling complex issues for senior audiences.
• Proficiency with AI tools and their integration into workflows.

Nice to Have

• Background in gig economy or high-growth technology companies.
• Experience bridging Legal/Policy with Product or Operations.
• Familiarity with compliance workflows and legislative change management.
