In this role, you will take ownership of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance for the Netherlands, UK, and Spain. You will serve as a subject-matter expert on payroll legislation and best practices, managing risks and maintaining employee records. You will work closely with Finance and HR to ensure smooth data flow and provide clear guidance on payroll, tax, and benefits. Your focus will be on challenging existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and implementing scalable payroll solutions. Additionally, you will manage payroll inquiries and complex cases, maintaining high-quality documentation.
