The Role

As a Senior Product Manager for AI, you will be responsible for the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for new AI capabilities. You will focus on customer outcomes to define product requirements, collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams, and work with sales and marketing to demonstrate impact and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI solutions.
• Develop clear problem statements, PRDs, and success metrics based on customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to scope experiments and ensure reliable product performance.
• Lead customer discovery, design pilots, and work with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies.
• Model unit economics and ROI, setting financial targets for margin recovery.
• Ensure data readiness and integrity, implementing necessary guardrails.
• Work cross-functionally to bring products from concept to launch.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise software, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML products.
• Proven track record of shipping at least 2 AI/ML products with measurable financial outcomes.
• Strong data proficiency, including experience with SQL or similar tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to launch and scale products.
• Ability to build ROI models and present business cases to executives.
• Familiarity with complex enterprise sales cycles and related processes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for various audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in grocery, retail, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of agentic AI systems and autonomous decision-making processes.
• Background in demand forecasting and inventory optimization metrics.
• Familiarity with retail technology stacks and integrations.
• Early-career experience in consulting, solutions architecture, or business analytics.
