We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects that deliver high-quality solutions and continuous improvements across our organization.

The Role

In this role, you will manage projects focused on Operation Technology (OT) related to SCADA systems, ensuring effective communication and smooth execution while working closely with maintenance and operations teams. Your success will depend on your ability to manage diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, while capturing lessons learned.
• Manage and refine project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources, ensuring transparency.
• Act as a bridge between the engineering team and stakeholders, resolving technical issues swiftly.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and manage project deliverables, including quality and EHS compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities for timely project completion.
• Maximize value creation through professional project and stakeholder management.
• Contribute to internal process and team improvement initiatives within the Digital Engineering Project Management team.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering, along with Project/Package Management disciplines.
• Experience with automation and control systems, preferably in the energy sector.
• Relevant experience in onshore & offshore technology, high voltage electrical systems, and construction projects.
• Knowledge of design, specification, configuration, and testing of OT & IT systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
• Eager to learn about new technologies in renewable energy.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
