In this position, you will be part of the sales team, focusing on understanding and addressing prospects' needs through a consultative sales approach. You will contribute to RFPs related to TeamMate functionality and conduct software demonstrations to facilitate sales. To excel, you must become a product expert, effectively communicating how our solutions align with clients' methodologies and objectives. Additionally, you will represent TeamMate at industry conferences and contribute to marketing efforts through webinars and thought leadership pieces.

Responsibilities

• Understand Wolters Kluwer and TeamMate business initiatives.
• Research how TeamMate offerings fit into client business needs.
• Listen to client problems and demonstrate how TeamMate solutions can address them.
• Identify risks and consult with clients on mitigation plans.
• Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Suggest improvements to presales materials and processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve corporate and project goals.
• Engage professionally with client employees.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in Advisory and 1 year in Internal Audit/Risk.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% across the USA, Canada, and Latin/South America.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in a Pre-Sales role for complex B2B software solutions.
• Understanding of complex business requirements and solution application.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have

• Internal Audit or GRC certification (e.g., CIA, CRMA, CISA).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.

• Competitive salary range of $89,600.00 - $157,000.00 USD, eligible for commission.
