The Senior Specialist, Strategic Programs and Enablement is responsible for the strategy, architecture, and continuous optimization of strategic programs and enablement systems that enhance organizational scalability and improve franchise execution. You will translate organizational strategy into repeatable frameworks and operational guidance that bolster consistency and performance outcomes.

The Role

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Shape scalable frameworks, systems, and operational structures that enhance organizational effectiveness across the franchise network.
• Define and evolve strategic enablement initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and long-term franchise growth objectives.
• Drive organizational alignment across cross-functional programs that impact franchise performance.
• Partner with leadership to ensure strategic initiatives align with franchise and operational priorities.
• Architect repeatable systems, playbooks, tools, and governance structures that support execution across the organization.
• Lead the lifecycle of strategic initiatives from design through implementation and optimization.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and strengthen initiatives based on business impact and organizational needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading strategic enablement or operational excellence initiatives in complex environments.
• Expertise in designing scalable programs across distributed or franchise business environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong skills in performance measurement and optimization, with experience analyzing performance data to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for senior stakeholders.
