The Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to spearhead high-impact engineering projects, transforming customer missions through AI and cloud services. You will identify relevant customer scenarios, orchestrate engineering approaches, and develop comprehensive user stories in collaboration with stakeholders, acting as the Product Owner. As part of a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, program managers, and designers, you will tackle exciting business challenges and contribute to open-source initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Data Scientists, Designers, and Subject Matter Experts to design complex technical solutions across various feature areas.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders based on identified risks.
• Define success criteria and foster relationships for implementing multiple feature areas in complex cross-functional projects.
• Ensure alignment across the business and deliver on the roadmap for multiple feature groups.
• Track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plans, and lead governance programs.
• Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and creating test cases from scratch.
• Offer expertise for departments to collect performance metrics, lead customer support, and manage direct customer engagements.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and significant experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
